Our two new bonus long sleeve pieces are a 'regular long-sleeve' and a 'wide long-sleeve' which is perfect for use with thicker fabrics which you'd like to layer under.
Above, I've made a silk noil Torrens Box Top using the wide-sleeve option. Although I'm not using this top for layering, the width of the sleeves is extra comfortable for rolling up your sleeves (or pushing them messily up your arm)!
Above, is Leila's wide sleeve Torrens made from viscose linen noil. She added some elastic to the cuffs (more pictures on Instagram here)
I also experimented with making the sleeves extra-wide (by slashing-and-spreading the wide sleeve pattern piece) with this cotton lawn (more pictures of the cuffs here and of the finished shirt here). I'm wearing the top here with some narrow-leg M&B pants that Leila and I are trialing!
Leila has also made a black silk noil long-sleeve Torrens and is wearing the same narrow leg pants pattern as I'm wearing above!
